The procedure for responding to proven cases of bullying (harassment) and the responsibility of persons involved in bullying

The director of the school must consider the appeal in the prescribed manner.

The director of the school creates a committee for reviewing cases of bullying, which investigates the circumstances of bullying.

If the commission recognized that it was bullying and not a one-time conflict, then the school director informs the authorized units of the National Police of Ukraine and the Children's Service.

If the commission does not qualify the case as bullying, and the victim does not agree with this, he can immediately apply to the National Police authorities with a statement.

Persons who, according to the results of the investigation, are involved in bullying are liable in accordance with the second part of Article 13 (committing offenses under Article 1734) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
